Available with 2 different internal male pins (choose 10mm or 12mm). 12mm is stronger for thicker material but 10mm will fit insIde a 10mm id. tube if necessary.

For creating a retaining bead or flange on water and oil pipes for race cars, bikes and aircraft to prevent the hose from coming free. This machine will raise a bead on 16swg aluminium and copper pipes ranging in bore size from 10mm upwards. It will also raise a bead on 18swg steel & 20swg stainless steel (12mm pin only – see full specs below). For heavier stainless steel choose the HD model with larger bearings and 15mm male pin, which will bead up to 16swg stainless.

The body parts are machined from high grade aluminium and anodised for a tough finish and appearance. The primary drive shaft is heat treated carbon steel and the rollers are case hardened for long life. An elegant design, simple to operate, an extremely reliable useful tool.

Simple and easy to use, this tool is called a three in one because there are three ways of using it:

• With the machine gripped in a vice use the handle provided to turn the primary shaft and form a bead
• With the machine gripped in a vice use an electric or battery drill to turn the primary shaft and form a bead
• If the pipe to be beaded is in a static situation, then roll the machine around the pipe to form a bead
