DELIVERY AND RETURNS POLICY

Same-day dispatch delivery applies to all orders placed and paid for before 1pm, any orders received after this will be processed the next day. Orders placed over the weekend are dispatched on a Monday (Except Bank Holidays then it is the day after). We dispatch from Monday to Friday, we can offer a Saturday delivery for an additional charge.

Heavy duty items are dispatched on a 48 hour book in service with a haulier. The haulier will contact you via email and/or your mobile/landline numbers given. They will ensure to book a delivery date with you before the item is dispatched.

We ask that you provide us with your contact details so that your shipping information may be sent to you as soon as your purchase has been shipped.

We have a 30 day returns policy from date of purchase. 

If there is a problem with your purchase please call us right away on 01427 611 717 Monday to Friday 10am to 4pm.

30 Days Peace of Mind Guarantee – If you are not happy with anything just send the item back in its original re-sellable condition along with all its packaging and we will refund your money excluding any postage costs.

Any damage to the item/parcel box must be reported at the time of delivery to the driver, The shipping company do not accept any damage claims made unless the damage is reported to the driver at the time of delivery. Thank you for your co-operation in this matter.

Please let us know when you have posted your return item and email us your return tracking number , so we can confirm receipt more quickly. Your product will be thoroughly tested for manufacturing defects, then we will be able to offer you a repair or exchange at our discretion.

For Faulty Goods:

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, a customer has an early right to reject goods that are unsatisfactory quality, unfit for purpose or not as described, and get a full refund. This right is limited to 30 days from the date the customer took ownership of the goods. If an item is faulty and needs to be returned, the customer does not need to pay postage costs for the return of the faulty item. If a customer is asked to return an item that arrived damaged, not as described or faulty, the retailer should refund the total cost of the return.
